I still have not received my whitening gel. I was informed by e mail that it had arrived at Heathrow Airport on13 th November and have heard nothing since! No reply to my e mail requesting an update. Very disappointed! Carole Fox

I previously tried the 16% gel but didnt achieve the results I wanted so thought Id try one of the stronger gels. Wanting whiter teeth as fast as possible I decided to try the 35%. I read some of the reviews and decided that an increased chance of sensitivity was an acceptable risk to take. I have very sensitive teeth and so fully expected to experience some discomfort. To my surprise the tooth sensitivity was actually bearable. However, I was shocked at the blistering to my gums. Although I took care to ensure a minimal amount of gel leaked out onto my gums its inevitable that a little bit will. Whilst I am in no way blaming this on ExpertWhiteGel (as they give guidance on how to use the product properly) I thought it was worthwhile mentioning that blistering is a potential side effect if you’re not careful! Its taken a week but my gums have now fully healed. Perhaps I’ll try the 22% next!
